I recieved my sim, unlocked my phone and i joined membership, i then proceeded to switch my number which can take up to 24hrs, it been four days, 2 customer care people and now i cant even access a customer service person. very very poor service. no clue how to move forward as i have done everything asked..

You'll have to keep trying to contact 48 support as only they can sort this out for you.
The chat facility is appearing right now for me.
