First plan not working - saying "come back in 15 minutes"

I recently joined 48, made an account and wanted to get the 5G €12.99 membership. When checking out it came to €25.98.. I still bought it. When returning to my app it won’t work “come back in 15 minutes” and my data won’t work. I can’t find any 48 contact number. Please help

When checking out it came to €25.98

That's correct - €25.98 represents the one-time activation fee of €12.99 plus the €12.99 payment for your first membership plan.

All Data* €12.99 Plan

This All Data* plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase an All Data* plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

However your second month should be free thus effectively cancelling out the activation fee.

When returning to my app it won’t work “come back in 15 minutes” and my data won’t work.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

I can’t find any 48 contact number.
