Problem making payments on 48

Hi there chaps,

is there an issue with 48 and their payment systems, I have to fill out my banking details three times to buy a plan, then when I get to the BOI approval phase I don't get a link.

What exactly is the process whereby you have to enter your payment details three times? 

I've never seen that.

What link are you referring to?

Can you register your payment details on your account once and then use them to buy what you need? 

Even if you register them there no automatic payments will ever be taken unless you enable membership auto-renewal.

If you can't register them there then please explain clearly at what stage things go wrong and what exactly happens including any error messages etc. 

Have you used this payment card to successfully buy stuff online before?
