Are you sure that you have an active membership plan on your My48 account dashboard?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What exactly do you mean by "no access to network"?
If mobile data is working then you do have access to the network - i.e. signal bars and mobile data?
What happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
Can you receive calls, and send/receive texts?
Is you phone unlocked for use on any network?
