just setup acount with 48 moblie i never gave you my address so how do you know where to send the sim?

Did you enter an eircode when ordering a SIM?

I don't think that you can order a SIM without providing an eircode/postal address. 

You'll need your full name, a valid email address and your delivery address. It’s as easy as that.

Quick tip: Only one email address can be used per account. If you're setting up a second 48 account, please use a new email address.
