I paid for The Mitch today and I got double charged! The Mitch is 15euro and I'm wondering why I got charged 30euro for it? I would like a refund please!

Are you sure that you didn't buy twice by mistake?

What does your My History page say about payments/purchases today?

Did €30 actually get charged to your bank card?
