Didn't receive second month's free membership plan

Hello. Last month I topped up my account for the first time with 25.99 € and was told that the second month would be free. But that did not happen! Explain why? Thank you

The first payment of €25.98 comprises €12.99 for the one-time activation fee and €12.99 for the first month's membership plan.

If your My48 account Dashboard:

doesn't show cash credit of €12.99 which you can use to buy your second month's membership plan or your Buy Plan page:

doesn't list an upcoming plan for your second month then you'll need to contact 48 support to ask them why your second month's free plan hasn't been provided.
