Permission to move number to a new provider

Your post was blank @DavidF9446 and the subject line doesn't really clarify what your question/issue is. 

You don't need "permission" to port your number from one provider to another. 

You just ask the new provider to port your number over from your old provider - usually via an online form.

You do need to be able to receive the porting security code by text though.
