I joined in 3rd sep during that time i received a free one month subscription with my activation but on 3rd oct they charged me again

Are you sure that you met all of the conditions required in order to qualify for the free membership plan?

64. June - October 2025 - 48 One Month Free Promotion 

The following terms and conditions for the one Month Free plan Promotion (the “Promotion”) are in addition to the 48 Terms of service  https://48.ie/legal/terms-and-conditions.

Promotion: Free 1 x €12.99 monthly 48 plan subject to the below eligibility criteria.

Promotion Dates: : 26th June 2025 – 30th October 2025 inclusive.

Your right to avail of the Promotion (eligibility) is exclusively subject to you meeting each of the following:

       i) Ordering a 48 SIM on a new account during the Promotion Dates, and

       ii) Join 48 as a new customer by buying a €12.99 plan before 18th November 2025.

       a) Under the Promotion, you will be eligible to receive one €12.99 monthly 48 plan for free subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria outlined above within the dates outlined above.

       b) Once the 48 plan has been purchased, your free one month €12.99 plan will be stacked on your account and the free plan will be used once the initial purchased plan has expired.

       c) If auto-renew is disabled while the free €12.99 monthly plan is stacked on your account, the free plan will be removed. Auto-renew must remain enabled to avail of the free €12.99 monthly plan.

       d) No free plan will be issued to recipients of the Promotion who do not meet the eligibility within the required dates set out above.

       e) Customers cannot avail of the Promotion if they port their number out of 48 or are no longer a 48 customer at the date the free plan is to be applied.

       f) Three reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions (or discontinue this Promotion or any part of it) for valid commercial technical or operational reasons, subject to reasonable notice being provided.

       g) The Promotion will be offered for a limited period as set out above.
