When did you order it? 

SIM orders take up to 7 business days to be delivered:

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If 7 business days have elapsed and you haven't received your SIM then either submit another order or contact 48 support for further assistance.
