You mean that several people in your family have no signal/no connection to the 48 network/no signal bars - and consequently no calls/texts/data services - since last Saturday but it was working before then?
If that's the case then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance as that sounds like some sort of local outage.
Do you know anyone else on 48 nearby to check what their experience is?
