Coming back to 48

I want to return to 48 from Eir and have ordered my new sim, do I have to wait till my sim is activated before I refer another person to rejoin 48, also how do I just select move my number to get it changed from Eir to 48, also is there an age restriction to join 48

Once you have an account that you can log into you should be able to recruit others by clicking the "Recruit" link.

There's no age limit.
