Where are you trying to log in?
On the website or the app?
Maybe try the option that you haven't tried?
Just to be sure are you definitely using the correct username (email address) and password?
Any error message when you try to login?
Have you tried resetting your password?
Did you ever manage to log into your My48 account?

Having this problem too. What a woeful start to my 48 membership. The help on chat was worse than useless.
