Charged twice for membership plan?

Hello , You have charged me twice for the purchase of the plan. Please refund the one-time payment of 12.99 to the account from which it was paid.thanks

If this is your first membership plan purchase then it costs €12.99 for the plan and €12.99 for the one-time activation fee.

This €12.99 Plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase a €12.99 Plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

On July 25th, when purchasing a plan, money was deducted twice, instead of 12.99e, 12, 99+12,99e was deducted. Please refund the 12. 99e back to the paid invoice. Thank you.
