I ordered for 2 sim for my children, now I could only activated one.

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to explain in more detail what the issue is. 

Exactly what steps did you take, what happened/went wrong, any error messages etc. 

Be aware that each 48 SIM needs a separate email address and account/login just in case you're trying to activate both under a single login?

48 don't facilitate the management of multiple SIMs under a single group or family account/login unlike some other mobile companies.
