Changing to a new sim but want to keep my old number

Hi, I already have a 48 number but I got a new 48 SIM.
I want to keep my existing number and move it to my new SIM.
I’m getting the error “MSISDN already exists”.
Can you please do a SIM swap for me?

If you're already with 48 and your number is with them then you probably need a replacement SIM rather than a new SIM.

You can't port a number already with 48 to a brand new 48 SIM.

Seems strange that you're even trying this. Why?
