You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly do you mean by "net not working"?

Do you mean the connection to the 48 network - i.e. no signal bars? 

If so then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then any error messages?

Or your mobile data internet access? 

Are calls and texts working? 

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime? 

If the problem is with mobile data then are your APN settings configured correctly?
