Cant get phone number

I activated my code and when I was picking my number an error came up. No I have no number on my profile and when I try activating the sim again with the code it wont work. What do I do? Tried going on chat online but it wont allow me without a number

What do you mean "when I was picking my number"?
I'm not aware of any step in activating a SIM that involves picking any number.
What number are you referring to?
You won't be able to activate a SIM twice.
I suspect that you will have to get onto support another way to get this sorted out.

Thank you for your reply, the mobile number is the number I was referring too.
Is there any way of contacting customer care other that online chat. It wont let me because I have no phone number to enter

Yes there are other ways to contact support.

Hi, please go into the 48 app and if you are signed in, click the menu at the top left, my profile, my details and go to phone number. If there is no phone number there, I would suggest to contact 48.
