You don't need to cancel anything other than membership auto renewal if you have it enabled.
Other than that you just move your number and custom to another provider and that's it.
Your account will eventually get cleaned off the system.
If you want it removed immediately once you have moved your number to another provider then contact 48 support and ask them to do this for you.
By the way it's not a great idea to post personal details such as your phone number on a public forum such as this.
