Calls/texts working but not data even after APN config

Hi, my son just joined 48 months and we fitted his new SIM card. He is unable to connect to data although phone calls and SMS work. I've tried both Android options (from this post https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Upcoming-Maintenance-Data-APN/ta-p/60366), but the phone still won't connect to the internet. I've double-checked I've put all of the details in correctly. Any advice on what to do next? Thank you!

It should also be possible to text "APN" to 50048 to get the require settings sent to a phone:

but for weeks now doing this just returns "(Error#701): ServerBusy". 

I've reported this to 48 support but they obviously haven't fixed it.

The settings that you linked to should work so if they don't and you haven't made a mistake then you/he will probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
