I bought a plan and the money came out of my bank account but but it won’t let me use the plan

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

What does your Transactions page say about your payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming plans? 

Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working? 

When was mobile data working ok for you last? 

Are your APN settings still configured correctly? 

When did you last successfully buy and use a new membership plan?
