Hi I'm with android I ordered a pin activated it and bought the plan but kept my old number it now won't let anyone call me any help atal I'd appreciate it

What do you mean by "I ordered a PIN"?
Did you mean "I ordered a SIM"?
Does your My48 account Dashboard list and active membership plan?
Can you make calls/send texts?
If so what number appears at the receipient's end?
What phone number is listed on your My48 account?
Maybe it's still the 48 089 number that came with the SIM?
In that case you may need to try porting your number again:
