Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
If it's locked to another network then you'll need to get it unlocked to use it on 48.
This is the case even if it's locked to 3 - the fact that 48 is a subsidiary of 3 is irrelevant in this context.
In order to port your number you'll need to be able to receive porting security text to your current number on the 3 SIM.
If that's not possible because you no longer have any 3 connection then you'll have to contact 48 support.
