How do I get started with being able to receive SMS because I have no service from 48 yet  after porting old # and purchasing 13Euro credit ?

Did you activate your SIM?

 

 

And then you ported your number?

 

 

If your ported number appearing on your online My48 account under My Details here?

 

 

Are you saying that you're not getting any signal at all on the phone with the 48 SIM installed?

 

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

 

If you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

 

Did you enable data roaming and configure your internet settings?
