is 48 network down

Hi folks im on auto renewal and was charged for this month but my network  and phone is not working is the network down

I’m on the same situation. Looks like they’re having issues with servers or something

Same here,money taken from my account, my48 app is saying I don't have an active plan and no connection to the network

I’m having the same issue today. Payment taken this morning as normal but Dashboard says I’ve no active plan

Several people seem to be reporting issues with auto-renewal today so there may be some general issue with it. 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them what's going on and to fix the issue with your account.

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any visibility into your account to know for sure what's happening here.
