Internet not working

I am using 48 12.99 plan since almost 2 years. It’s on auto renewal every month. Yesterday night the money got removed from my debit card and from today morning my internet is not working at all. Please help

Same here,money taken from my account, my48 app is saying I don't have an active plan and no connection to the network

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into this for you. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum has any visibility into your account to know what's going on.

Same issue.

Got this reply through the Chat facility eventually at 10:02

'Some customers are currently experiencing issues making calls and texts & using mobile data due to the auto renewal issue. Our technology team are working to restore full service. Thank you for your patience. If you would like to still speak to an agent just reply back to this message'

Beats me why they can't post this somewhere so everyone knows what's going on!
