'Some customers are currently experiencing issues making calls and texts & using mobile data due to the auto renewal issue. Our technology team are working to restore full service. Thank you for your patience. If you would like to still speak to an agent just reply back to this message'
Beats me why they can't post this somewhere so everyone knows what's going on!
