hi -anyone using an phone 5? can use data on phone but cant use hotspot -tried network reset as instructed by agent but still didnt work ,did anyone do the manual settings -cant even see how to do those ?Thanks.

great thanks -i was about to enter the settings they had sent yesterday but checked here first  -the apn has also to be entered where the space appears for  personal hotspot .

yes had the same problem when was with lycamobile so thought it had something to do with settings .

Unfortunately Apple make so many things so awkward for iPhone users for reasons only known to themselves...
