Data not activating

after my previous data plan finished i offed auto renew and buye a new plan.  but after that nothing is activating. 

Roaming not working in Barcelona

I'm currently in Barcelona for the week, my roaming is on and it's coming up with the little R at the service bars, but I'm not able to get any data working. I've tried the automatic network thing and still nothing. Any suggestions?
