How do i actívate the hotspot on my account? It says contact the carrier

I have activated my sim and want to use it in an unlocked broadband router. I am not getting any WiFi signal. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Thanks Dalyer. Tried all options. Have service again with an R notification. Seems to come and go on a whim. Vodaphone service. Cosmote working away on my wife's phone all the time . Not with 48 however.

No network after travelling

I am back from a holiday. While abroad my data did not work (I have put in the apn details) but now that I am home my phone is saying 'emergency calls only' and won't pick up the 48 network. Any help would be really appreciated.
