No internet service, south Dublin

Hi all, can't get internet service for over an hour now with mobile data in south Dublin. I've checked with other 48 users and they are the same. What gives 48? Your chat support not much help.

Just signed up for 48 and have actvated my sim and topped up membership . I am able to make calls but have no internet. Hoping someone can take a look at my account. Thanks
