My partner has topped up but still has no internet and cant make calls. Took it to a shop and they cant see a problem. Is there any number at all for customer service?

What exactly do you mean by "topped up" and "credit" above?
Membership plan, add-ons, cash credit?
What does their My48 account Dashboard say about their current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?
Can they receive calls, send/receive texts?
