Topped up 3 days ago and no credit/data has come through, I contacted 2 days ago and was told to wait 24 hrs and it’s now 3 days later and I still have no credit? I need the credit/ data as I’m going away

Seems to be happening a lot lately judging by recent posts here on the Community Forum.
