The problem of moving my number and use my data.

Hi, I can’t use my data and my phone is Apple, I’ve already followed the instructions and enter the information of APN, MMS and MMSC proxy, but it’s still not working. What should I do? And I want to move my number, but I can’t receive the verification code, how can I do? My previous number is active.

Did you use the latest settings?

If they don't work for you then you'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.

Did you follow the porting guide for porting your number?

What happens/goes wrong?

You need the old SIM in the phone in order to receive the porting security code text.

Again if the instructions don't work for you then you'll probably need to contact 48 support.
