What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your data usage? 

The gauge was recently changed to count data usage starting at zero and counting upwards instead of starting at 200GB and counting down: 

However there is or was a bug in the system where when a new plan was activated recently then users incorrectly received a text message that they had no data.

I don't know if this has been fixed but I suspect not. 

I don't know why the changes weren't fully tested before being rolled out to avoid this confusion. 

In short, if your mobile data is still working ok then just ignore that message.
