I have no internet access and no SMS, so I can't complete the final configuration.

You need to explain your issue more clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What does the title "My signal" mean or refer to?

What exactly do you mean by "final configuration"?

What are you trying to configure?

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking, what goes wrong, any error messages, etc.
