Hi, why can’t I share data with my son, I have allowed them access to my contacts, ?

What exactly goes wrong?

Describe the steps that you are taking to do this and what happens.

Also any error messages.

iPhone 13 running ios 26.3.1
App version 5.1.10

Trying to share data from the app to my son but the app will not find his contact when I search on name or email or phone number.

Has your son installed the My48 app and allowed it access to his contacts?

Just a heads up: The contact you want to share data with will only appear in your share data list provided your friend has downloaded the My48 app and has also allowed the app access to their contacts. If your friend's name isnt appearing, then give them a nudge to do the above so you can get sharing. 

If he has and it still isn't working and that FAQ doesn't help then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
