I can't make it receive calls or text and my mobile data is not working

You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

You can't receive calls or texts but can you make calls and send texts?

When was it working ok last? 

Did anything change in the meantime? 

Are there any error messages displayed on the phone?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Did you configure your APN settings for mobile data to work?
