When did you start having problems?
Are you saying that you don't even have a connection to the 48 network?
If so, then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not, what happens?
If it does work then do any services start working?
If not what happens when, for example, you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
