why won’t my sim card work it just arrived and it wont let me set it up properly

You'll need to provide a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

If not then what happened/went wrong? 

Any error messages? 

If you did activate it successfully then what happens when you install it in the phone? 

Any error messages? 

Do you get a connection to the 48 network i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? 

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
