SIM card is not working

Hi, my SIM card is not scan by my phone suddenly and I just bought my plan 10 days before. I tried to restart it and take my SIM card out and plug in again it still not works.

What exactly do you mean by "my SIM card is not scan by my phone"?

When were things working ok last? 

Did anything change since then? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Are there any error messages displayed on the phone?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? 

If you do have a connection to the 48 network do any services work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts, mobile data?
