Iv paid for a plan with roaming and still not working

What country are you in?

Is anything working? 

Connection to local network/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data? 

Was everything working ok back in Ireland?

For roaming issues the usual advice applies: 

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.
