Was mobile data working before your trip?
Did you configure your APN settings?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:
Do you have a basic network connection/signal bars?
Are calls and texts working?
Are these threads of any use?
If none of this helps then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
