You don't get any such text when roaming.
The normal settings work when abroad.

If this happens then edit the APN field, change it back to 48months.liffeytelecom.com, save the change, reboot and see if data starts working.
If it doesn't (as seems to happen for some users for some reason) then you'll have to contact 48 support for more assistance.
