Recharged but no data showing and only renewing next month.

Hi, i recharged my 48 and there is no data left to my account and it showing it will renewed by next month on 13th. Please help me with that as i cant use the data from now. Thanks

The data gauge was changed recently to count up from zero rather than down from 200GB.
Are you sure that your mobile data isn't working?
Are calls and texts working?
