That can't be done.

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and can't be terminated/started "early".

You'll have to wait until your current membership plan expires before the new one starts. 

If you've used up your current membership plan's mobile data allowance then you can buy a data add-on to continue using mobile data for the remainder of your current membership plan.

If you're on a legacy plan with a limited mobile data allowance then you might want to consider switching to the €12.99 plan which comes with unlimited mobile data.
