Problem with mobile data

It seems I've only been able to use 5gb of data so something is blocking it,my son setting are wrong

My data settings are wrong I meant to say

If you mean that your APN settings aren't letting you use your mobile data then text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to configure them correctly:
