Plan supposed to start today - calls/texts work but no data

Hey guys please my plan start 8 july and i didn’t receive my data even i calls and messages are working
What’s the problem?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan?
