Do you mean WiFi or mobile data? 

WiFi is the wireless connection to your local area network (e.g. home broadband) and has nothing to do with 48.

If you actually mean mobile data which is the data collection to the 48 network then see you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly for this to work?
