No signal, I cannot make or receive calls or use data

I do not have data and cannot make or receive calls today, have there been any issues reported by 48?

You'll need to post a bit more info than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was it working OK last?

Did anything change in the meantime - e.g. new phone, software update, settings changes, returned home from roaming abroad, factory reset, etc.?

When you say "no signal" doe you mean no connection to the 48 network at all - i.e. no signal bars?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Any error messages on the phone?

Does it make any difference if you reseat the SIM in the phone in case it got dislodged and isn't making a good connection?

I have calls and sms but no data since around 12 today. Didn't change anything on the phone it just stopped

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

If you are not on the €12.99 unlimited data plan then maybe you have used up your data allowance and need to buy a data add-on?
