No network

Just recently joined but I have no network or data inside my house. I don't understand because I used to be on Three and it was fine

Also is there no customer service on here at all?

Are you saying that you have no network signal indoors at all though?

I.e. no bars?

OK - inside your house must be an area of bad coverage for 48 so?

You should contact 48 support in case they can advise.

Whenever I click for customer support it brings me back to the community forum
