What exactly do you mean by "credit" here?

Membership plan? Add-ons? Cash credit?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership plan status, allowance balances, expiry date and cash credit balance?

If you don't have "credit" then you need to buy some yourself:

Have you tried? Was there a problem? What happened? Any error messages?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan(s)?
